Shirt Sizing Policy
We appreciate that buying clothing over the Internet prevents our customers from trying on a garment as they would be able to in a physical store. Unfortunately, from time to time sizing issues can be encountered.
To hide the problem that they are designed to combat GyneSlim™ shirts are tight fitting so that they have the required compressive effect on the chest. Our sizing guide has been designed to accommodate the majority of our customers, but due to different body sizes, shapes and comfort levels a small percentage of customers find that our sizing recommendations might not be correct. In these situations we are happy to help you get the size of shirt that fits correctly.
If you try on your GyneSlim™ shirt for the first time and find that it is too big or too small we are happy to exchange your order for a more suitable size free of charge. All we ask is that you contact us for a return authorization and send the shirts back to us. Upon receipt of the wrongly sized shirts we will ship out the correct size for you. (all returned shirts must be in unworn and unlaundered condition complete with the original packaging). Please allow up to 7 to 10 days for the processing of exchanged items.
If a quicker turnaround is required, we are happy to accept a new order for the correct sized shirts and we will ship them out to you. Upon our receipt of your returned original order of shirts we will refund the initial order in full.
30 Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your shirt(s) within the first 30 days*, simply contact us describing the reason you wish to return your shirt(s) and we will issue you a return authorization along with our Returns Department’s address. You may return unworn, unlaundered items that are in their original and re-sellable condition for refund, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for worn or damaged items. Items must be returned within 14 days of return authorization for fast processing.
After your return is authorized send us the original shirt(s) using a shipping service with a tracking method (since we will not refund shirts that are lost in the mail) and we will refund you the original purchase price less the original shipping and handling charge (if applies).
Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first as this may cause delays to the processing of your returned items. We are not responsible for the loss of any unauthorized returns.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 days for returns and refunds to be processed.
GyneSlim Return Policy
While returns happen very rarely, we ask that in the event of a return you contact us at customerservice@gyneslim.com before you send back your item(s) and we will give you a return address to send them to.
Please do not send any item(s) back to us without contacting us first as this may cause significant delays to the processing of your return.
We ask that you send the item(s) with tracking, as from time to time shipments do get lost and with tracking you can verify that we did receive the return. We will not process a refund or an exchange until we have the returned item(s), and we are not responsible if you send us a package that is lost in the mail. Even when shipping with USPS please use tracking as packages have been lost in the past and they cannot be traced without a tracking number.
Item(s) must be in original and re-sellable unworn and unlaundered condition, and in their original packaging, to receive a full item refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for shirts that show signs of being worn, have staining and/or marks, have been laundered or damaged item(s) that are returned to us. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charge, unless you received damaged goods or items that you did not order. After receiving our return authorization please return items promptly within 14 days.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, your exchange will ship out to you free of charge. We are only able to ship exchanged items once we have received the original items back in our facility.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can exchange them for the correct items without any issues.
International Returns
International returns must be clearly marked on the package and/or paperwork as “Warranty/Return” and declared so that no import duties are levied when it enters the USA. GyneSlim will not pay for any import duties on an international return package and it will be refused when delivery is attempted. If any import duties are expected to be paid, these fees must be pre-paid by the sender before the package is shipped back to us.
